Moved to Stockie to replace Stocky. Using the higher level that includes placing orders. Have a good 300 to 400 products to manage. Tried a couple of other Stocky alternatives before Stockie. Amazing service and help. Hope this will be the last time I have to change inventory management providers but really pleased so far and expecting to stay with Stockie long-term.

No service / customer support for months! I've tried multiple channels multiple times, via live chat / support / email since November at least 5 separate times and each chat / email gets an automated reply that a support ticket's been opened but no replies! I planned ahead for Christmas gift card promotions, have been contacting Govalo since November, and now can't run my promotions. The app itself is great but the lack of support is not just a letdown but also costing me sales. Update (Aug 2025), same problem is continuing again. Repeated attempts to get support with no answers. Out of pocket a few hundred dollars at this point trying to solve the problem for customers. Support needed! Really pleased with the app functionality, ability to customise and also the support when needed, would definitely recommend.
I would NOT recommend Bloggle. Changes their developer made that should have only changed image size on one article, cause my private information to be published, and created a mess of my blog layout (when the app only had access to one article, not the entire blog). When it was fixed it was suggested by their support that I'd made it happen when I had not changed anything! I hope - unlike me - that you read the other 1 star reviews before installing. Maybe I got unlucky but I see others have had the same experience.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issue you faced. The changes were due to the Bloggle template automatically including typical blog elements such as the author's name (classic for a blog, btw). We understand that maintaining your name private was a priority. To be fully complete, you should also mention that you requested to revert the changes, which was done by the team. Hiding the author's name was also an option available within the app. Thank you once again for your comments.
Highly recommend. Easy to use a nice amount of customisability but it's the support that's been a stand out for me. Have needed two things tweaked so far and support was fast and the requests actioned perfectly. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with this app having tried a few before it (including Bold Bundles). Price is good, functionality is really good, quick learning curve and support is excellent.
