Do not use this app if you are serious about your business, because this team is not. You can catch their attention ONLY if you uninstall and the manager immediately messages to make you stay. The team has no clue what's going on in there- and best part- after you raise ticket, and problem is not yet attended, they try to cross sell the next plan or their "Assistance" services. Worst service and tool possible, wish I had known better.

I am a small business from India, we make products out of fabric waste. I have never seen this kind of support and understanding from any other product maker till now. The support was amazing, they go out of the way to help. I uninstalled the app the first time, thinking it was bad. But, they made me come back and I will be using them for all my custom orders. Thank you Net, for this help.

love this tool. It has been helping with zero dependency from accounts team. Very flexible. A bit clunky sometimes. but love it despite that. Thank you for this!
