We’ve had a really positive experience with LoyaltyLion. The platform works brilliantly and is really user-friendly when it comes to setting up and running promotions. We saw huge success with a recent double points campaign and have continued to see growth in sign-ups to our rewards programme. We’d also like to give a special mention to Reya, who has been fantastic to work with. She’s always super quick to respond, happy to answer any questions and really helpful when we’re looking at new ideas or ways to improve our loyalty programme. It’s always easy to jump on a call with her and talk things through, which we really appreciate. We’ve been really happy with LoyaltyLion overall and would definitely recommend the platform. We also couldn’t speak highly enough of Reya and the support she’s given us.

Order Editing is incredibly user-friendly, allowing customers to self-manage their orders, which has saved our support team so much time. Most importantly, the upsell features have driven a clear increase in our AOV. The onboarding experience was just as impressive; Erin was knowledgeable, informative, and made the setup a breeze. The integration between Shopify and Linktree is excellent. It is easy to set up and looks fantastic on our Instagram page as it is easy to navigate and it gives our viewers & customers a brief insight into what range of products we have. The connection is excellent and when you click 'Shop the entire collection' it redirects you rapidly to our official website. Very impressed with this integration and I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to more features that may be brought out.
