I was very disappointed as priced showed of $4.99/mo it's not the full price, but you have to add montly subscription (at least $34.99/mo) plus messages charges, for a startup is really too much!!

I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store. While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market. Unless you are willing to troubleshoot every issue yourself, I suggest looking for alternatives with more responsive customer support. Thanks for your review.
