Though the app is good, i would like to point out that the support is equally bad. they dont bother to reply on emails or on chat. I had a query which is still unanswered for a year.

Scam app. Charges extra with no clear understanding why.

The app did nothing to improve performance. When I attempted to uninstall, it left other apps not performing on my site (my new customer form and product reviews no longer function). Shopify confirmed it was due to code from this app screwing up those features. Now I'm left to sort that out because customer support is not responding.

Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.

Scammy and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! Charged my account after I uninstalled and I have tried to send messages to get help with fixing and no help and it's almost been a week. It's messing up my shopify website and other billing subscriptions. Do not download and install!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find another app. You deserve better than shady billing practices and ignored support requests.

Company will not reply to any messages or emails. Update: Only after I left 1-star review, the company did respond with a brief message that didn't clearly answer my question, and then asked me to change my review, but has not replied to my follow up question. I am now trying to use the compress images feature, but an error pops up that I can't read. I believe it wants to ask for more money. As others have said, I also discovered this app is charging me usage charges which are not disclosed anywhere. Update #2: I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars. Someone from the app replied to me and pointed out where the additional usage charges are displayed. I don't recall ever seeing this before, but it is there now. The app did improve the speed of my store, but the extra usage charges, bugs with compressing more than 1,000 images, and limited customer service mean it's not a 5-star app.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.

I think no one is working on this. I was interested in purchasing the paid plan, but for 4 business days I received 0 support.

I’m not going to give them a 1-star as some did because that seems petty. The app seems to work, although I’ve been trusting their analytics to tell me that. My concern is that they have "usage charges," but I have no idea what they’re for. I searched both the FAQ and documentation for "usage," but got nothing. I sent an email asking, but never got a response. I see a number of other reviews that mention this too and, for the record, I’ve checked my junk mail folders. Because of this and the general need to cut back on paid apps, I’m uninstalling

Terrible support, due to no support, removed the app and it left code in the site that broke features in my store. Had Shopify support involved with the issue and they responded several days later "we refunded the customer" leaving no regard to get the code removed from my website. I am sorry for not getting back in time. As of today, your issue seems to be solved. Please let me know if we can help any further.

Altdaten im Quellcode nach löschen der App. Das führte zu verschiedenen Shop Fehler. Es wurde unteranderem kein Favicon mehr angezeigt und andere Apps wurde im Hintergrund blockiert (z.b. Klaviyo). Damit ist man praktisch gezwungen, die App dauerhaft zu nutzen, weil es sonst zu Problemen im Shop kommt.

It simply make all your images to fake board at the first loading, then make lazy loading to img, BUT in may cases java have failing and images not show up. page speed goes up immediately but it totally ruin the view overall. second thig: it makes 1K back links from one IP. And support is not answering at all.

I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store. While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market. I never write a review, usually only if I´m disappointed. This time it is different. I´m super happy. The app works perfectly for me. from page speed 37 to 95 (I have screenshots to prove it). For me it´s a investment and 20 bucks is not cheap, but I rather pay more for something that really works. The only part I dont use is the picture compressor. Last Thing I really appreciate: no begging for reviews, no upsells. Just the app. Perfect.

This developer doesn't respond to questions on slack or email. I need technical help and I have questions about usage fees. I've had the app for a little over a week now and my website speed hasn't improved. I will be cancelling this subscription before I'm hit with more usage fees. I installed this app to help me increase my website's speed, because I was unable to edit my code and remove the scripts myself. After this app helped me increase my speed 30-40 points, all of the sudden it stopped doing that. When I contacted the developer, they were not prompt in responding and only said I had to keep checking my speed. Compared to all apps I use, the customer support was by far the worst considering how expensive the app is!

Very expensive and misleading, money pit. It does what they say, but at an unreasonable and unexpected price, way above $19.90 they advertise. Also, they raised their base prices without warning, when I installed, the base price was $9.90 Hi Anbu Clothing, for old subscribers, we didn't raise the prices at all. App seemed to be doing a great job, then about 2-4 weeks ago the page speed dropped. I've tried three times to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me. Unable to reach anyone. App not working. The comparison page speed does not load at all. Tried emailing 3 times no response. Also if you have something like Pagefly, it will cause issues. For anyone with a 3th party checkout app ( I have a Cash on Delivery App to reveice orders) dont install this app. I had the issue that customers couldnt checkout because the checkout app was getting blocked. After a night figuring out why customers could check out. I uninstalled the app and removed the code in my theme. For the few days the app was installed ( not used ) i payed 20 dollars. I am writing a review because it is the only methode to reach you. I cant use customersupport , i have to install the app again

Finally an app that works! We have a large site, onshorecellars.com, with thousands of products, collections etc. This App is the only one that has worked in 4 years of searching. I have paid thousands for developers to speed up our site with nominal increases in lighthouse scores. We averaged - 35-42. 5 mins altering setting this up we are between 91-93. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Great app! Made my store significantly faster.

We are using a customized Empire theme. It is not obvious that one can improve speed easily n our case. However, I was amazed at how we have gained the speed. The first step was from 40-50 to 85 in Lighthouse metrics. Finally, with the help of Marc, we managed to get that last metric (LCP) to green and the overall Lighthouse score to 100/100.

This app is awesome, they have improved my store speed from 30 to 62 and they have great customer support.

Really disappointed in the support with this app. I sent two emails to support, no reply. I joined the slack channel back on 7/11 - Marc responded & requested access to my site, which I promptly approved. Since then - no response. My site speed dropped dramatically and I started to get errors in SEMrush. Was just looking for a little guidance, and Marc seems to be overwhelmed or just MIA. Fine... but your app isn't working and I'm not going to pay for it.

Pagespeed improved from 40 to around 80. Would definitely recommend if you want to reduce unused Javascript

I recently tried out this app and found that it worked well on most themes, but unfortunately, it didn't work on some older themes on mobile version. so I reached out to the support team for help. I received a prompt response via email and was also invited to join a Slack channel where the support team was able to provide me with the necessary assistance. They are helping me to identify and resolve the issue, which is a great relief. Overall, I would recommend this app to anyone who needs remove unused Javascript and to improve overall speed of the website. Just be aware that it may not work on all themes. However, the support team is very responsive and helpful, so if you do encounter any issues, they will be able to assist you in resolving them.

Most of these page speed apps don't do much, this one seems to be the real deal. The developer was very responsive to communicate and was able to help get things going within 24 hours of setup. highly recommend.

UPDATE: They replied and advised me to uninstall the application. After about 15/20 days they contacted me to tell me that the problem was solved and actually now it works very well. Thank you ---------- The application is great, but the support service is terrible. I have a small problem with the app, the dashboard no longer works for me. I wrote him 3 emails and 2 messages through Shopify, a week later still no one has replied to me.

The app stopped working 3 weeks ago, blank screen. Cleared cookies, cache and even changed browser and still does not work. Tried in a different store and and it works just fine. So the issue is only in our store... Being reaching Clauma support via e-mail and via Shopify form and no answer for 3 weeks already, the app used to work fine but the issue and the lack support will make me delete it. Would not recommend right now. UPDATE: After some months it seems that support has reappeared and the app has being updated. It now works as expected.

From what i can see, I think it's made a positive difference. An improvement to the App would be to more visibly show the before and after in terms of speed text.
