Best customer service ever! And great app for subscription. I have so many questions at first and they help me step by step. 2026 Update: I had to uninstall the app because it became unreliable. I’ve experienced constant issues over the past few years but tried to work around them, especially with the customer portal. It took over 24 hours to get a response to a single question. My message was seen but went unanswered because no one could help me, which caused me to lose income.

I just installed it today! So far it's good, straightforward to navigate. Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly.

Good customer service and good app but the only downside is from FREE plan to $15 UPGRADE is a big jump. I hope you could offer more tiered plans in lower price because $15/monthly is a big deal for a small business like mine and who doesn't get that much of a review. The only feature I would like to change is to be able to change the appearance of customers name like not to shown the whole name and this is only available on upgrade plan. Unfortunately, I have to look another app that offers a cheaper plans.

Great app! Best customer service. Always there when I need help. The app is very easy to set up and to understand.

So far I love it. It's very easy to use, one of the things I'm looking for when searching apps. Plus, it's free.
