Recently discovered that all my settings for email campaigns reverted back to default... so emails were going out to my customers WITHOUT my logo in the header, the way I set it up. I don't even know how many went out like that or how it got set back to default, as I haven't made any changes in months. Additionally, despite setting the "review request" email to go out 72 HOURS after someone places an order, the emails keep going out 30 minutes later, before orders have even shipped. This upsets my customers! I'm not happy with this app. It's easy to set up but it doesn't function properly. I wish I hadn't subscribed for the paid version, it hasn't been worth it.

Horrible. I was on the free plan, they stopped offering it so they want to charge $7.99 for a REVIEW APP. That's too much. I reached out and they said they would honor the free app for me because I had been a customer for so long and now they're going back on their word and removing it, so I'm done and getting another app that doesn't charge you to get reviews. We apologize for the bad experience. We have changed the pricing plan. If you want to take data in our app, please message us. We will export your reviews and send you a CSV file.

The app is easy to install and looks good. However I find it very strange that the only option is to ask the customer for a review just minutes after the buy. The obvious and a good standard is to be able to ask for a review 10-14 days after the buy so that the customer has been able to actually try the product before we ask for their feedback. Also the customer service is not available in daytime in European countries so you do not always feel that they get back to you.

I woke up to this app not working anymore unless I select a paid plan. I think a prior notice would have been useful and fair to offer users, as it is not fair to block my access to reach the data that my customers shared with my business so far. I would have upgraded without issue if they would have been more transparent and fair about the need to updgrade the app, but now for sure I will install another app. Terrible customer experience and zero proffesionalism

Oriana, was so helpful, Efficient and provided my with professional service. This app with great and I’ve used for about a year now. Easy to use. Have to say it is a bit disappointing that they decided ti start charging with no warning. Not sure how many reviews I have lost but its not great for business. So far this app is good I have not experience any mishaps and they do the coding for you like as soon as you set up how you want the review to look like and save it then turn it on refresh your site and boom its there on my first time I already have 2 reviews and more to come compared to the ones that I get from my phone. definitely a upgrade. I like the fact that it was so easy to install and get it running. I wish you could translate all the fields but, hey... it's free and it's pretty awesome already.

Love it allows photos to be uploaded with review, just wish it had an option to rotate them from landscape to portrait. It is fabulous the request to leave a review pops up for returning customers to leave their review, thanks them after they leave their review, and directs shoppers to popular items which hopefully means more conversion sales. Love this app!

we are using this app now for a while. support was really helpful and basically the app does what is says. only excempt is that you need to be aware of the right format for the csv import. besides, all working fine.

Its to install, affordable and easy to use. It adds value to my site and will help encourage new buyers to purchase with the reviews on individual items. Customer service was very helpful when I need some guidance on uploaded past reviews (received prior to installing app).

Hey, I bought a new theme about a month ago and ever since this new theme was installed a lot of problems popped up incl. my old review app stopped working and after trying many other apps i was ready to give up until i came across this GEM ! the customer service and tech people served me with joy and removed codes that was hindering my website and made sure everything can run smooth OH an also .. they did all of this in 30 minutes of me asking for help. I'm happy to have found a free review app. But the problem is... you can't fetch your reviews on the Homepage. Basically Its only for product page. You cannot show all reviews at one time on any other page. And the customer support are quick to respond with any questions/query you have.
