We have been using AI Agent since November 24 and are very happy with its functionality and ease of use. Installation is quick and pain free, monitoring is very straightforward and changes can be made instantly if needed. We have gradually increased the amount of topics AI Agent can handle and have not had any complaints.

It's been good for printing barcode labels. The options of what to print seems very limited though. Only 8 product detail options and the barcode itself. Given the wealth of data held in product/variant metafields it would be great if this could be referenced too.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, and glad Retail Barcode Labels has worked well for your barcode printing. You're right that label content is currently limited to the set product detail fields and the barcode, so referencing product or variant metafields isn't available right now. It's a genuinely useful idea, especially given how much data merchants keep in metafields, and we'll make sure it reaches the team that works on the app. We appreciate you taking the time to lay out the use case.
