Amazing and quick support!

Really outdated and no support, tried to email support@pudo.co.za with no response from any of their technical team, and the app keeps bugging out with each update Shopify does and you then risk out on losing sales, so this is rather disappointing us none of my customers can use the PUDO Locker functionality to choose their own preferred locker. Please update the app and update the guide as most of it is already outdated and no longer supported within Shopify.

Wonderful assistance from support when you need help, and I've tested a few other tracking apps; they are so outdated, this one has a nice modern touch and feel, and so far has everything I need for a tracking app.

I initially installed the app just to test it, then uninstalled it. Shortly after, they reached out to assist me in every possible way, showing me how to use the app better. Because of their incredible support, I even reinstalled the app and suggested some features—which they impressively developed and added within a day! Their team is truly amazing, and their customer support is outstanding. This app deserves more recognition, and with the exciting new features coming, it's only getting better!

I've tested several Delivery Estimator apps, and there's always something missing or not working as expected. So far, I've found this one to be amazing, and their support is very helpful in implementing additional useful features, so I am very happy using this app for now.
