I genuinely like Postscript and appreciate what the platform has to offer. However, I'm disappointed with how difficult it is to reach a real person when I need assistance. AI support is helpful for basic questions, but when an issue requires more attention, customers should have an easy way to connect with a human representative. Good customer service is just as important as the platform itself, and I hope Postscript makes this a priority.
Vladyslav was Johnny on the spot! He helped me with my issue quicker than I can blink! It's been a great experience, using this app so far and all the value that Ezra provides in the meantime.

MBC Bundles has exceptional customer service—quick, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and set up bundles effortlessly. I've tried a few other apps with similar features, but this one stands out as the best in terms of functionality and ease of use. Highly recommend!
