Fastest response I've gotten from an app developer in my 2+ years of using Shopify. We are replacing two of our current apps with this app for the custom options along with quantity breaks (pricing tiers).
This app really has helped us organize our product descriptions. We have so much information to relay to our customers, that it gets cluttered and confusing without these tabs. Super easy to use, as well.
We love this app. Easy to use, and Ramon is incredibly responsive with any additional help I need. The best customer service out of all the apps we have.
