Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

Thank you for writing your review and for sharing your feedback with us here. It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers. So far I'm really enjoying this app. I just installed it this week and it was very easy. The customer support is also very responsive and extremely helpful.

Had some issues with the liquid. Reached out through their chat support. Regina was so helpful, I provided access to our store and was able to quickly see the issue within the liquid. We just have to wait about 2 business days, but the developers are going to fix it for us! This is awesome, other apps will just provide their guide rather than install / actually fix it for you. Can't wait for it to work 100% ! (I have already made sales from the app which is a little surprising considering that it wasn't installed correctly)

We got this app because we felt that our shopify theme wasn't able to really describe our new product line as well as we would have liked. This app allows you to customize so many parts of your pages, it's really great! This also saves you money VS paying designers.
