Wir nutzen AI Index Pro, um auch im KI-Agentic-Shopping bestmöglich aufgestellt zu sein. Wir sind mega happy - einfache Einrichtung, übersichtliches Dashboard und es funktioniert! Das ist schon unsere 2. App von Ecombeat - neben EU Widerruf Pro. Alles richtig gemacht... Lieben dank auch an den tollen Support, der einem super schnell bei Fragen hilft.
Tolle App mit super einfacher Einrichtung und durchdachter Umsetzung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass alles bereits lange vor der offiziellen Deadline startklar war UND dass sie bereits von der IT Recht Kanzlei geprüft wurde! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich proaktiv, Fragen werden schnell beantwortet und Verbesserungen zügig umgesetzt. Klare Empfehlung!
GET YOUR FINGER OFF! 24/7 support?! No way! We have been put off for over 3 weeks!!! We downloaded the app in November and were very satisfied at first. until we were horrified to discover that you can only edit 1,000 products. There was no description or anything like that anywhere. We have several thousand products! It then only worked badly - sometimes only product titles were translated, but not the product information. Even though we pay €20 a month for 80,000 words - which are not available!!! According to the app, our word credits are used up and we should please buy new ones. Which of course we don't want to do. For 3 weeks, the support team has been telling us "that the developers are working on it and we should be patient". We want to uninstall the app - but we are having massive problems with the hreflang tags and URLs generated for the translations - because we have temporarily deactivated several languages. Google is penalizing us massively! ETranslate helps us ZERO - so we turned on Shopify today!

We have been looking for a repricing tool for a long time, as we have some very price-aggressive competitors - but so far we have not been even remotely satisfied with any of them (too many errors, products not found, prices not adjusted despite manual URL entry). Now we have discovered PRISYNC and we are SPEACHLESS! (We have just ended the 14-day trial period and now have a monthly subscription) Finally, we don't have to worry about prices anymore and have a great competitive advantage!!! The programme not only manages to "recognise" pretty much ALL products fully automatically - no, they even listed competitors for us that we had never heard of before. Prisync is really easy to use, has great features - and helps us as a start-up extremely to hold our own in the market with our big competitors! PLUS: Special thanks to Ekin and Ercan - your support is fantastic! If there is the slightest problem, they arrange a short CALL and bang: the "problem" is solved. We very much look forward to working with them for a long time to come!
Die App, ihre Funktionsweisen und vor allem ihr deutschsprachiger Support sind super! Für uns passt es leider nicht, weil unsere Anforderungen durch Repricing-Software etwas anders sind... Nichtsdestotrotz hat sich Norbert super viel Zeit genommen, das Problem eventuell lösen zu können! Würde jederzeit wieder zurückkommen, wenn´s passt.

I needed help updating my impulse theme, which has a lot of customizations. I tried the 14-day trial and ran the first update with it. Since the fonts weren't updated and I was very unsure about it, I contacted the support: Corey helped me extensively within a day and even did the update himself! He answered all of my questions in great detail - that's why I'll buy the theme updater app after the end of the trial. BTW: the font problem was a theme problem and is now fixed.
