I finally can chat with customer service on a free plan regarding my mailchimp app for Shopify! It was about time you guys @ Mailchimp! I got LORI and then SHER, they were both very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much!
The free plan of this app makes just what I needed: to add my ig feed to my homepage. But why I higly recommend this app is because their customer service. They respond and help within 1 business day. Thank you so much!

Hi there, I am not sure what exactly this is useful for on my website. I intalled the app but there is not explanation what it is useful for. Do I need it if I already sell my products?

Hi, there! In brief, the Buy Button is a shortcut for buying one of your products, typically placed on an external website. They make purchasing products easier for your customers that are coming from other sites, and they can also be used to create quick checkout links that you can then share with customers through an email campaign, direct message, or social media post. You can read more about it here: https://bit.ly/3fEvRmo. Feel free to reach out to support any time with more questions about it. - Brie, Shopify Support
I am relocating my business to Spain from NYC. Since my business started and is well known in the US, a currency converter is a must for me in order to expand my business in Europe and beyond. The free option gave me all I needed and very easy to install. Thank you so so much
