This is arguably the best looking app for a Shopify Customer backend. Its just clean helpful and appealing to look at vs the antiseptic Shopify backend for customers. Shopify recently changed many thing which totally broke this app but, the support team led by Ezra was awesome at getting everything fixed in about 10 days and keeping me informed daily on their progress. The price is very fair for what you get and I am very happy with the apps visual appeal and the great customer service/support!

Good app at a fair price. I had few issues and the support team was very good and quickly offered help. Compared to similar apps, this one offers a lot more in my opinion. So far this appears to be a very helpful app.

This is an exceptional app and by far the best search and filter app that is offered for Shopify. What sets this apart from other apps is that it is similar to Search and Discovery but, S&D on steroids! At first this app did not do everything the way I had it envisioned it for my site but the Support Team at Sparq led by Harshit went way above some small fixes but worked with me to build their app to do things like Search and Discovery...only better! Their app now allows filters with Metaobjects! So you can make very pretty filters with images and swatches to look so much better then just plain boring text. But, unlike Search and Discovery, their app has no limit to the number of filters! Search and Discovery only allows 30 filters, I use over 200 over hundreds of collections. Next Search and Discovery and native Shopify only allows 128 entries for metafields. Using Metaobjects you can get past Shopify's limit of 128 by just making your filter using Metaobjects which I have found no limit to yet. So this app does 2 things no other app can do! In addition, Harshit must have spent in total 40 or 50 hours of time to match their filters template for collections, exactly match my theme. FOR NO EXTRA FEE! This is amazing service and now I have a beautiful site with a matching search and filter app that looks like its part of the theme. I cannot explain in this small review just how good this app is and how good the support team starring Harshit is! It is worth every penny they charge. I just think they don't realize how helpful all these things they did for me will help others out there that are stopped by the Shopify and Search and Discovery limitations. Pretty robust store credit app. We had an issue with the New Customer Accounts and not syncing my customers to the store. It stalled out at 17K. But Suraj in support was very quick to address the issue and correct things. We are still in dev and not live but app should handle store credits well once we are live.

Great app with lots of features. The support team is great, we made a mistake leaving the rewards program on during migration and had to remove all the points from the old customer orders. In just a few minutes they sent a csv file to zero everyone out. Excellent support!

This feature should have been built into Shopify IMO and is a much needed feature. This extension looks good and works well. I had one code issue for icon placement that Softpulse solved within 24 hours. Fast and friendly support and good app!
