Great app, very useful features that make the customer experience friendly and very fast. Sarah has been super helpful with all my questions.

I just installed the app a few days ago, can't wait for my customers to start using it and get their feedback. Denis has gone above and beyond to help me during the whole process, he even took the time to do a little research on my business to make suggestions on what works best. I'm super happy with the customer service so far. This will be a great offer for my balloon business.

I contacted support with an issue on the dashboard side. The response and solution was very quick. Plus, they gave me some suggestions and tweaked the app to better adapt it to my theme and other apps I have installed. Truly this is above and beyond, didn't realized I needed those changes. Decidí instalar esta app solo por la modalidad de elaborar facturas globales y estoy muy contenta con todo lo demás que ofrecen. El cliente puede solicitar su factura al momento de terminar su compra y de igual manera se puede hacer un apartado en la página para que más adelante la puedan solicitar. Excelente solución para los que estamos en México, ampliamente recomendada!

Me ha ayudado muchísimo a poder resolver dudas de mis clientes de forma fácil y rápida. Antes usaba otra red social para atención a clientes, y al cambiar a WhatsApp ha incrementado el número de clientes que se ponen en contacto, por su alto número de usuarios. Fascinada con la app, no duden en probarla. Aparte la atención que brindan es excelente, me apoyaron en todas las dudas que me surgieron.

I love the app, it works really well. I had problems regarding some errors on translations, and the support team were very kind, patient and took us several days and emails, but they finally got it right.
