we LOVE this connector app... easiest to use out of all the others we are forced to use by other vendors... we have lots of customers that use Canal to dropship our products - prob the best one out there - and believe me I use them ALL>
OJ Songsong from CS was so helpful and answered all my annoying questions very fast... Now lets wait for sales to come through

The app is not very intuitive so every thing I want to do takes a little longer them it should, but the customer service is wonderful and they were able to help me with everything I needed so far

The app is very easy to install. The customers interface is comfortable to work with, but not always intuitive. Customer support is great. Vary fast, very efficient and very friendly. Thank you.

I can say enough about this wonderful app that does a lot to our shop by sending mails to our customers and asking for reviews and generating a special coupon code for each customer. All the automation and the look of the app at our shop are excellent and we're very pleased with it! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICES - is beyond any expectation! 24/7 chat is available for any of my questions. They had also helped customize the carousel to our website colors and did more changes than we asked for. I really can't say enough about this app and service, Best of the best! Really worth every penny and more! Thank you all.
