The app is very simple to use on a basic level and has surprisingly good amount of customization options for a wider knowledge base user. The support for Shogun is probably one of the fastest responding and enjoyable to talk to out all different apps we've used.

Excellent customer + editor experience and really an award worthy support from them. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get presented with a response (during their active time).
