Been testing this app this week, so far it's been a great experience on our website. It's been able to help us get data on which products that customers want to have back in stock. Also, I've needed a fix on an email template and Nilou was able to assist me within a few minutes. Great support thus far!
Reported issued was resolved very switfly and Mia was very quick in explaining the issue and provided the solution very switfly.

Been testing this tool for a week now due to the newly implemented tariffs in the US market. Support from the tech has been pro-active and very responsive!
