I am really enjoying using the Fast Bundle Product App. It is making it easy to generate gift sets for my online store. When I had a question, Ian promptly provided me with assistance and got me on my way!

The team, specifically Izzy, did a great job of assisting me with all my questions and even gave me some great tips! The process to set up was extremely easy and I look forward to having the app keep my Shopify store in peak SEO performance!

I was VERY disappointed in their customer service. I started trying to get the app integrated into my online shop on March 27 and still did not have things working smoothly by May 2nd. We were up against a wall as we wanted to launch for Mother's Day and needed time to market the new product line and build awareness. On May 3rd, after not hearing back from them and having no resolve, I deleted the app and went with a different one that I had up and running by the next day with no issues. We lost sales and too many hours of my time working through the issues with this app. When I requested a refund for the month of April, because I was not able to use their product due to issues, I was told that their policy would not allow me to be refunded. Very unhappy and disappointed. Thanks for taking the time to write this detailed review. I'm disappointed that we couldn't meet your needs. I recognize and can understand why you'd feel frustrated after this experience. However, I have to admit that things look a little different from my perspective. My support team did their best to assist you, and after reviewing the entire case in detail, I believe they did their job well. As for the refund request, I was the person who denied that request, and upon reflection, I got that wrong. I will follow up with you by email to discuss further. I'm aware you chose another solution for your business. I wish we could've figured out a way to keep you on board as a customer, but I do hope the other solution works out well for you and Swon & Company manages to thrive. This app has literally been a godsend to me! I was working with another company and getting the run around and finding too many bugs in their system. The app was very cumbersome to use. Two weeks past my anticipated launch date I decided to pull the trigger and go another route. I found Easy Bundles - Bundle Builder and decided to take a chance. Within a few hours we were up and running. The team was amazing - working closely with me on the little tweaks I needed to get this added to my online store. Building the bundles was so easy and the integration with my Shopify store looks fantastic! Customer service after the launch has been great as well. Their response time is very fast and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say enough about my experience and I am so thankful I found them. We'll be looking at their other products to integrate into our online store as well.
