Stopped working all of sudden yesterday and none of the collection pages were loading affecting conversions. Had to disable the app. Extremely disappointed

Using Ecoreturns for the past 3 months and it has definitely made it a lot easier for us to process exchange and return requests and the support team has been very responsive and quick to resolve any issues or customisations required. Highly recommend.
