There is also no straightforward way to delete an account. Instead, you have to contact the company by email, with no clear indication of whether or when your request will actually be processed. For a service handling customers' personal data, this lack of transparency and basic account management functionality is concerning.

Good tool for a fair price. The tool itself can be personalized because they have a dedicated customer service, which was why we choose the tool.

We had a wonderful and smooth experience with the panel. The assigned point of contact was also very responsive and provided quick resolutions to all our queries.

we faced issue with changing the settings for receiving return products form customers through surface mail instead of airmail for which we were incurring huge charges. it took a while but was sorted in the end. especially Mr.Amit was very helpful in getting this issue sorted as soon as it came to his attention.

Worst app ever. There are multiple apps to manage returns and exchanges which are far better. Eco returns will promise you things, and then charge you without telling you and then even stop replying. All their reviews also seem fake. DO not trust them. Try different apps but do not do not use this app unless you want to be charged in millions.

I wonder how a customer can give a positive review to Eco-Returns. We have bought the license over 9 months ago. And we are still not live. Not only, took it long time, to get the pricing sorted out (we have 3 websites), but after we did our user testing, we found in 2 days over 10 bugs. And some of them were serious business concerns. Somehow I managed to bypass the system and create a replacement order without paying any extra money. I have raised for each issue a ticket. I send personal messages to the CEO Punith. Appart that my concerns will be considered and i should have patient, not much happened over one months. I see many positive reviews from India. I wonder how many of the them are fake reviews.
