I've been using this app for a while and it's easy and efficient. It makes the user experience much better on my website even on a free plan. I had a question today and customer service was amazing, thank you Mate for your prompt response and support :)

Great experience so far! The app has great features to drive traffic, even for a free plan. And whenever I needed support, I always have been helped promptly and just really well, no confusion, no time wasting, just speedy to the point support. I recommend this app 10/10.
First day I spent 6 hours trying to set up this app for my business model. I contacted support and they just kept saying "we are here to help", but didn't explain properly what I had to do, only half words. There's not a single tutorial video on the whole youtube or the app, the FAQ section has outdated tutorial with functions that have changed. Then I booked their expert support where you can have a meeting with them, share your screen and they can explain, I spent 12 minutes waiting in the meeting room and nobody has showed up. Worst experience ever since running my Shopify.
