Rommel was so helpful and fast! I wasn't able to troubleshoot why my pre-order product wasn't showing as pre-order. Rommel was quick to find several errors and fix them for me. Excellent customer service! I'm new to this app and so far it's great!
*Updated* as of 1/12/26. I was finally contacted by someone to resolve my issues. Christian has apologized and apparently the support ticket was incorrectly categorized. While my experience wasn't the best, they did address everything and got my issues resolved. This app doesn't work well for my type of e-commerce store. However, it would work well for shops with subscriptions and selling products that are consumed and need refills.

Great app and well priced! It's easy to use and uncomplicated. Exactly what I needed for our spend and save black friday sale. Today I needed something adjusted on the backend and Mayank from customer support helped and responded very quickly. Highly recommend!
