Fantastic App! I highly recommend it. I have been using it for our FAQs page for over a year now and find it to be really intuitive and user friendly. It's easy to use and set up and if you have any issues, Hana and Maison are friendly and most importantly quick to respond and help with any fixes.
I would highly recommend using the app, it really makes my site look a lot better, and when I had an issue Monica was a fantastic help! Really quick and thorough.
