We are extremely satisfied with Globo Color Swatch. The app works great and the ability to show size and color variants directly on the homepage is a huge plus and something not many apps handle this well. What really makes the difference, though, is the support team. Both the support and development teams have been incredibly helpful, fast, and professional. They solved everything we asked for and helped us achieve an excellent final result. Whenever we choose a paid app, the first thing we evaluate is the quality of support. If we move to an annual plan or keep an app long-term, it’s almost always because the support is great, and Globo Color Swatch fully meets (and exceeds) that standard. 100% satisfied. Big compliments to the entire Globo team!

Terrible experience for €45/month Honestly, this service is extremely disappointing for the price. You pay €45/month and in return you get a platform with basically no real support. They allow you to import reviews from other platforms only after subscribing to the €45 plan, and even then the import is done poorly, accents and special characters disappear, making everything look unprofessional. When you contact support, they tell you it can take up to 5 business days to get a reply, which is unacceptable for a paid service. The Shopify 2.0 app blocks widgets are extremely basic, you can barely change anything. They tell you that you can customize the widget however you want, but if you try to save your custom style they hand you a huge 350+ line code snippet to manually insert into your theme. I clearly have no experience touching code, and I’m certainly not going to risk breaking my site. In situations like this, they should be the ones adding the code for the customer, not the other way around. If the support team steps in quickly and actually fixes these issues, I will gladly update my review, but for now, charging €45/month for something that delivers so little value is simply not acceptable.
