They assigned a dedicated person straightway and Trang has been fabulous - level of the expertise, promptness, technical knowledge and all. And the team behind has also been great. They have been fixing the errors straightway and my website SEO score has jumped from 65 to 98 within few days after I started Tapita. Very thankful!

Customer services are really bad. AI often pretends to be human to reply emails, but not helping. Staff members say different things every time. Fundamental features are lacking. No flexibility. I have chosen this to save my time but it's actually wasting a lot of time and just create frustration only. Very disappointing and I can't recommend this at all

Minta Social Video Auto Post is quite clever and producing short videos to post in my social media accounts by utilising the information available in the webisite through its AI technology. Once it's linked the autopilot does everything so I don't need to spend my time to create posts! It's all set in the monthly planner. Another good thing is that human support is instantly available. Minta's staff members are quite supportive, prompt and thoughtful. They are always available through the chat to assist customers which I found it quite convenient & excellent :-) Hey!
