I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. If i refresh the page, it reverts to the account they created automatically during install. The profiles are then synced to the new account and there is no way to unsync it, leaving no room to sync to my already existing account. They have a lot to work on. Hi there, we're very sorry for the trouble. When the tinyEmail app is installed, it automatically creates a new account linked to your store — this is expected. We’ve now released updates that allow you to connect your existing tinyEmail account to your store as well. Please check your email for instructions from our team. Integrating this app with Shopify is a real struggle. Totally useless app. Continously getting error messages during installation. Message always saying they are sorry. Could never instal it, telling me to try again. I tried at least 10 times. I uninstalled this app after not needing it and have been spammed with acquisition emails since. I have had to unsubscribe 3 times from their email list, and am still getting contacted. Not great coming from an EDM App....

Great app, saves a lot of time and user friendly. A lot more customisation options to get it just how you want it. The staff are extremely friendly and are always happy to help. If you're looking for a great app and support give them a try.

I installed this app and start using it. After 2 days this app was frozen and never worked again. However the payment was also deducted after 7 days of trial. I contacted support and provided them the proof but no answer. I have all my subscriber from our website and have consent.

Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn't see any of my customer data from Shopify. We worked on it for a week. They couldn't ever see my customer data from any prior campaigns. They will continuously promise that they will help you, but then they won't actually do anything.

They provide amazing support who are always ready to help. they provide solutions and make sure you are following good email practices. They provide freedom to customize almost all parts of the email and an easy to read analytics dashboard.

Tiny Mail has blown me away, and Laxman from the onboarding team deserves a shoutout. He's been incredible, patiently guiding us through everything. I can't help but feel excited about the incredible user experience waiting just around the corner as I dive deeper into operations.

I would advise people to look elsewhere. I'm ultimately sticking with them for now, but only because I've already invested so very much time into this. 1 Their support team is absent. You have to first convince the AI to let you talk to a human, then the humans disappear mid-conversation. I've seen other reviews that say they received great support, but I largely have not. If the issue isn't solved by them referring me to a file in their documentation, then they disappear. 2 I have had problem after problem, and the support team first tries to blame me every time. First, I couldn't get the Free full version promised to Shopify users despite signing up through Shopify. After wasting a few hours of my time going through the steps from Support, they then wanted to do a screen share so they could try the very things I had JUST done, then they finally went looking and determined it was an issue on their end. Then, I realized the automations weren't being sent out. Two weeks of blaming me, that my form wasn't set up correctly. But the form was working perfectly (though it was a BEAR to install). Emails were getting added. They just weren't getting the Welcome email. Two weeks, and they finally went looking and realized it was a problem on their end. One employee said yes, it was a problem on their end, and we confirmed it was all fixed. Then another employee came back with telling me it was still all my fault and it wouldn't be fixed until I did x, y, and z. (wrong, it's working fine now.) 3 The automation emails aren't customizable. I had to have their support staff customize the emails for me. 4 The process of getting things set up is not great compared to the other four services I've used in the last 20 years. If you've got a LOT of time and energy to put into getting this set up and working, this might be a great choice for you. If you'd like something quick and easy, this isn't it. If you need great service that's available when you are, this isn't it.

TinyEmail is perfect for sending email campaigns. The support team is very helpful as well. Whilst at the moment the automation is minimal, I do hope this will improve soon.

When I first set up a campaign in Mailchimp, I spent many hours figuring out how it worked and setting it up. Today was the first time I set up a campaign in Tinyemail in less than half an hour! The interface is really very friendly, easy to choose a template, add images, texts and social media. I am pleasantly surprised! Besides being friendly, Tinyemail is probably the most affordable service and yet it has everything you need! Special thanks to Mashiar for being responsive - his support is inspiring!

I really like this application. It did takes me almost a week to set up my custom email because the confirmation email kept lagging (took hours sometimes days) to my Zoho inbox then I would see it just barely too late and it would decline confirmation. I reached out to support about it but the support was a little slow, being a small business owner I get it, we all have lives just wish support was a bit more helpful. They did offered to book a call but the hours they had were early mornings for my time zone. That set aside the app is really good and useful which is why I took the effort to set it up and use it. I guess most good things can take some time to set up. I think for most people the confirmation of your email address comes no problem. The email templates are nice and easy to brand and customize. I look forward to using this app more to help boost sales!

This app is set to do everything I need. Even before I was a paying customer, the tinyEmail customer service has been superb. They are very responsive to my questions.

TinyEmail has one of the best support here on Shopify and a great UI/UX. Fast replies. I am eagerly waiting on the flows feature and hope they will give us more flexibility and customizable options on creating the email flows that we want. Also a pabbly integration would be very helpful! Keep it up!

If you are looking for a tool that lets you send Newsletter very easily and has a nice UX/UI go for TinyEmail. They also have pop-up builder and automation so less stress. Forget about any AI tool as they have AI & Machine Learning built in so you can save some money on it as well.

I love TinyEmail! I tried Shopify email, but it didn’t have the wide variety of capes I was looking for. I also researched Klaviyo, Privy, and a variety of other apps but found that TinyEmail had the highest TrustPilot score. Users’ biggest pain points seemed to be clunky interfaces and unhelpful customer support. I find that both are outstanding on TinyEmail.

Great app with lots of templates and designs to make it easy to send out a professional looking campaign. Clean and simple user interface and lots of statistics available to describe customer interaction with emails and great customer support. Integration with Shopify was simple and seamless. And their free email plan is an ongoing plan and is not a trial so there are options for all sizes of business. Highly Recommend this product.

We've recently migrated our large subscriber list from another ESP over to TinyEmail when we saw it was available natively in Shopify. TinyEmail support has been super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and the migration has been pretty seamless.
