Customer services are really bad. AI often pretends to be human to reply emails, but not helping. Staff members say different things every time. Fundamental features are lacking. No flexibility. I have chosen this to save my time but it's actually wasting a lot of time and just create frustration only. Very disappointing and I can't recommend this at all

I have reconsidered my assessment and would like to express my thoughts. The app itself and the whole building block on an A.I. is unique and also very good. I can well imagine that there are still some things that could be improved, but the basic building block of the app is excellent in my opinion. What I find very commendable is that you can set the AI to write the language you want. In fact, for the most part without grammatical errors, if you are not satisfied, you can regenerate it or even enter and edit it manually. So kudos to the team and I hope there will be more targeted improvements with the app. Keep up the good work.

Firstly, the amount of asking to leave a 5 star review before you've even used the app - hmm that should've warned me. I learned about this app from Matt from Future Tools. The support seemed genuine and quick - until I was hit with "pay us $6 to clean your list". But the cleaning did literally nothing - but I was assured that "Your list has been cleaned, reloaded into your system and your account has been unlocked. Your subscriber count didn't change (as none of those were invalid addresses) but the total customer count with email addresses changed." I kept telling Tiny Albert - why is your app saying I have 4700+ subscribers I can market to, but Shopify only allows 328 emails to be sent out? For this, they were charging $90 a month. But less than 10 percent of my list is marketable (my fault as I imported customers from another store - my bad" But asking constantly - we can help you - but first leave a 5 star review- and when I said I'll leave a five star review when I see results... well I didn't see any results. Not one sale. But the app looked fun! So bye bye.

I haven't gotten into the program yet, but a kind agent, Ruchi was very kind and helpful to me.

EDIT - WARNING! Ignoring my explicit demand for no further calls, these app developers brazenly continue to harass me by phoning my number! Moreover, they have blatantly failed to implement any changes to their app as they had assured in their comment to this review. Review: The app has a great idea behind it, but it feels unfinished. The AI often creates poor or sometimes even empty templates. Due to these issues, I can't recommend it in its current state. It seems like the app still needs more work to be fully functional.

Vidya was a tremendous help. She is basically the only reason i decided to use this app because she was so helpful in getting me started. I have not actually started to sue this app yet, but from what i can tell i think it is going to be great and save me a ton of time.

Started using TinyAlbert a few weeks ago. We have been in business 3 years now and had yet to create a viable ad calendar. Within a day of adding TinyAlbert, we had a calendar of ads set to go out with the ability to modify or automatically regenerate any ad as needed. Great support in getting things up and running (it was actually quite simple). One strong point with TinyAlbert is that they actually check in with us frequently to see how they can assist. Kudos to Laxman who provides support and suggestions on how best to optimize ads. I will provide more input as time progresses, but thus far we are miles ahead of where we were using our more traditional email aps. Also, kudos to Vidya and to Tim who got us started with this application.

I think the app is a great app however there's certain things I don't like. One of the things that I don't like is the app does not allow me to create a normal weekly newsletter with educational and informative emails. Most of the emails in this app are very sellszy does it allow us to connect with our customer

In speaking with Tim, he stated that they will be adding the functionality to customize the templates (text and pictures) along with a variety of templates and layouts.
