This app is the perfect combination of easy to use but with advanced options. The more you dig into this app the more you realize the power and potential it has. Customer support has been very responsive and helpful for all my questions as well. Would recommend this for any store!

Optimonk is fantastic. It it's a great app and the customer support has been very helpful. Unfortunately, I discovered the popups do not work from the Pinterest app. As more and more my traffic is coming from Pinterest, I will be moving to another popup app that is compatible with Pinterest.

I download and tried several other returns apps but this one was the best by far. It was simple to setup and very easy to use. What's best of all is the price of the app - FREE. There is a $9/month option which I may elect to use in the future but right the free version is meeting all my need to track my returns.
