Joy and Louie were both excellent in helping me with my query. It lasted from around 11:30am to 3:30pm and they were responsive all day - thank you both!

They are fantastic teammates, we really appreciate you recognizing their support - thank you!
The onboarding process is smooth and intuitive, with Loyalty Lion doing a lot of the heavy lifting and background work for us. There was only one feature that wasn't totally clear and that was the 'rolling' approach to spend calculations, but we have managed to find a way to work around this. Reya was very helpful throughout the whole onboarding process and the team are very quick to action any changes or requests. We went live yesterday and are already seeing really positive engagement and response from the programme!

Great App, works exactly as we wanted it too. The support is excellent and made a slight change that we weren't sure how to implement. I would highly recommend.
Great solution and exactly what we needed. The support has also been great, Adam has gone above and beyond to help with resolving the issue we encountered with integration (using a custom theme). I would highly recommend using this app.
