The support staff is really good. I needed the FAQ accordion widget on my collection pages apart from the product pages and their support team made that customization without breaking the sweat. We had to finalize the exact location where to display this widget and all this while they made multiple changes to our request which was truly something. Their support staff went over and beyond to help us out. Shoutout to Tetiana, Alyona, Karina and their Dev team. Highly recommended!

Their customer service is Awesome..! I was looking for a tool to block the fake IP addresses and so glad that I found the perfect app for it. Highly recommended.

We have an e-commerce store and were looking to enhance our UI by giving options to our incoming users to check whether the products are serviceable to their locations or not. It turns out this app is exactly what we needed, their customer support is outstanding, I wanted to add a large file and were having some issues uploading it so I reached out to their mail support and Ajay from their side has provided excellent support. Highly recommended to the e-commerce stores!

I had a problem importing the reviews from CSV file, but their support staff resolved the issue very quickly. They have good options to customize the widget as well. Highly recommended..!
Their Support system is awesome, had an issue while importing the reviews from CSV but they walked me through the entire process to sort out all the issues. Highly recommended.
