The support staff is really good. I needed the FAQ accordion widget on my collection pages apart from the product pages and their support team made that customization without breaking the sweat. We had to finalize the exact location where to display this widget and all this while they made multiple changes to our request which was truly something. I had a problem where my size guide didn't fit on the page, I gave the team access to my Shopify and they sorted it within 20 mins - amazing! this is a great app for adding filters and improving customer experience.

Outstanding service. We had an issue which may have been of our own making which was solved within minutes. I spent 3 days trying to find the problem, they sorted it in minutes despite being late on Friday night. App now works perfectly, is very simple to use but makes a real difference to tidying up the product pages by using Accordions. Very flexible, very cost effective and highly recommended.

Had an issue on a US Sunday, e mailed about it, and within minutes I had the problem fixed due to their prompt and accurate response and solution. The app works perfectly for accordioning blocks of text, our site has used it for four years.

Amazing customer service! We just started using a 3rd party theme and the widget was not showing up on our product pages. I contacted the team and they got everything working! Not only that, I needed the widget moved to specific locations on both desktop and mobile and they were able to do exactly what I asked very quickly too! Great app, great service.

So far, I have only used the accordian FAQ page capability. It works very well, creating a clean, simple look. App support was great! Almost immediate response and they helped me get it set up.

The descriptions/instructions could be a bit better, but overall a fantastic app. The option to add a specific FAQ to a specific product or category is very useful, to say the least.

The app is very easy to set up. I found a small issue and it was fixed immediately after I reported it. I used the static tab to contain the product form and needed help with creating a style specific to the one tab - I send a request to support and was provided with code that allowed me make the change. Overall very satisfied - app work great and customer services is excellent! Thank you!
