Tried this app for a very long time, failed on mutiple fronts to sync to etsy and ebay properly, images, descriptions, titles, and even prices. We had several items that were over $100 listed on Ebay at $.99. Customer support does little to help. Not to mention the cost US$60/mo is ridiculous for an app that fails on so many fronts.
After two days of trying to set up Sellbrite, the experience has been extremely frustrating. The platform requires far more manual intervention than we expected from a multichannel listing app. Our goal was simple: use Shopify as our main catalogue and have products automatically populate and synchronize with Etsy and eBay. Instead, new products still require additional steps within Sellbrite to publish to each marketplace, which largely defeats the purpose of using an automation platform. Even more disappointing, Sellbrite cannot publish directly to eBay Canada. As a Canadian business, we would have to create the product in Shopify, manually list it again on eBay Canada, and then import the eBay listing back into Sellbrite just to synchronize it. That's an incredibly redundant workflow. We had intended to move to a paid plan once everything was established, but the limitations we've encountered make Sellbrite a poor fit for a Canadian business looking for genuine multichannel listing automation.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry the experience didn't match what you were hoping for. We know it's frustrating to invest time in onboarding only to hit workflow gaps, especially around the two you called out. To clarify, the manual "publish" step per channel is by design. Marketplaces like Etsy and eBay each require channel-specific details (categories, item specifics, policies) that Shopify doesn't capture, so a review step helps prevent listing errors. We do have templates that can speed this up though, so new products don't require filling everything out from scratch each time. As for eBay Canada, you're right that we don't currently support listing creation there. That said, inventory sync isn't limited the same way, so even in regions where we don't support publishing listings yet, you can still keep stock levels accurate across channels, which is where most of our customers see the biggest impact. Our team spent real time with you during setup, so this isn't for lack of trying on our end either. If you want to revisit it, just reply to your ticket and we'll dig back in. Our experience with LitCommerce was extremely frustrating. We have approximately 400 existing products already listed on both Shopify and Etsy, AND CURRENTLY SYNCED WITH ANOTHER SYNCING APP, but because Shopify identifies them as “simple” products while Etsy identifies them as “variant” products, LitCommerce was unable to properly link and sync the existing listings. Even with mathcing SKUS. For an app designed specifically to simplify multichannel selling, we certainly didn't expect such a basic difference between two major platforms to create this kind of problem. Especially since all products are currently synced with another APP. The proposed solution was even more disappointing: either manually modify roughly 400 products individually or **delete all 400 products from our Shopify store and recreate them by syncing them back from Etsy**. Neither is a reasonable solution for an established business with hundreds of existing listings. We installed LitCommerce specifically to save time and streamline Shopify, Etsy and eBay management—not to create hours of additional work or require us to rebuild our Shopify catalogue. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience and ultimately we decided to uninstall the app.
