Klaviyo is an exceptional email builder with a many useful tools and features that enable our marketing team to go above and beyond. Even greater than their platform tools is their customer support. Klaviyo's team has been great with giving me instructions, sending me helpful articles, and even outright building custom content. I recommend Klaviyo to any ecommerce business, especially those using Shopify.

Not worth the frustrations! I've worked with a lot of companies in the past and have ended up canceling or not using their services anymore. A lot of these companies make it easy to end the services and just go about your business and carry on. "THIS APP/SERVICE" on the other hand gouges swindles you with their contracts as well as try to upsell you on other services they offer. At first, they promised to be better than "PostScripts" and that they have better rates, services, and overall, a better experience using their platform. This was FALSE advertising! We are on Attentive now and are in a much better position with our SMS Marketing channel. We've lost a lot of revenue by switching from PostScript to Emotive. My advice, look elsewhere for a reputable SMS service.

UPS Capital has been a welcome addition to our online store! No matter how good we prepare our shipments, eventually a shipper will lose or damage our order. It was a process to file a claim and eventually get a small reimbursement from the shipper. But with UPS Capital, we know we'll get paid right away, so we're able to quickly ship our customers a replacement product without needing any sort of approval from anyone. The entire LevAR team has been great to work with. They quickly turn out great 3D models to use on our website which always helps with conversions.
