saves a lot of headache, very cool app

It is a very poorly made application - 1. Address update is not working 2. Bulk processing is not working 3. Multiple orders are cloned multiple times - very dangerous issue, product gets sent twice 4. Old orders are randomly pushed, multiple 30-3-26- One more dangerous issue - the COD orders are being sent as prepaid. Whole app is broken. We caught many orders with amount more than lakhs that could have sent as prepaid. Immediately discontinued using the app. While shree maruti service is good, the developer is not knowledgeable. The company should consider changing the developer as this is such a garbage application

I highly recommend this app. Annie is very responsive and good at creative problem-solving and customizing things to your needs. They often go above and beyond what's expected.
