Had an issue regarding customer points updates, but Chloe was right on it. Although she couldn't fix it in situ, she actioned the development team immediately. There was also a subscription offer that was too good to refuse, and she helped to activate this. The App is super simple to use, and customer service mostly always available. I reached out for help at 4.30pm on a Sunday, and Chloe answered within the minute. Cannot ask for more than that. Now we only need to fix the original issue. Thanks Bloy

As a new EComposer user I was struggling to understand the settings for my landing pages. Andy helped me this morning in 5minutes, with a video of where I was going wrong, and how to fix the responsive settings. Thank you Andy, much appreciated.

I have just added the Judge.me App to my Shopify store and WOW! It has transformed my reviews - it looks amazing, has so many features (many yet to implemented) and it's really got me excited! Even better was Han. Your Customer Service was excellent! You went above and beyond to help me figure out what and where I wanted it, and made me feel like I was your only customer. I admire great customer service, and thank you for a wonderful experience today. I will be recommending Judge.me to everyone I know!

Always available, and always willing to go the extra mile with custom code. Have been working with the team at Creden's for years now and am always truly impressed with the response and service. Big thank you guys, very much appreciated. Kind regards, Gayle

Have just uploaded this App and am really impressed. Had a few questions of which were answered immediately via Chat and I was ready to go with up-sells in place literally in minutes. Very impressed. Thank you
