It was great to find an app that could give us the flexibility of product reviews as well as more broad testimonials as our products are small batch and sell out so our customers can't always review the exact product they purchased. I've searched for an app that would work for my one of a kind products. Most apps attach to the product specifically so for unique items, they don't work. (although you can also set it up that way). This app works perfectly for me. Also, after looking at so many I was so confused so Kemi offered to set it up for me...and at no extra fee like many of the apps out there! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Now my customers can see what other people are saying about my work. June 17th 10:52PM : App is inaccessible on my admin and reviews do not show live on site either. I'll update the review when it is fixed. 1/12/23 I had complaints from customers that they were unable to upload testimonials. I was also billed twice for the month of December. I reported the issue, access to my store was requested and given, after a week nothing was done and I received no communication from the company. I also received no refund for the double charge.

This app is dope! lots of customization as well as basic features to get started. I look forward to playing with it!

So far the app has been easy to use once I got it installed. The app developer got back to me when I had questions and helped me work through some issues. I want social proof on my website, and Testimonials Showcase is a great affordable solution! Thanks to a little help from the app's support team, I've now got a lovely slider of reviews on my home page. The best part is that I was able to add my Google reviews and remove the reviewer's last name to lend a bit of privacy to the reviewer. I recommend this app. :)

Credens is a really well thought out app. Support are responsive to customers needs also. Previously it had a limitation which mean't I couldn't use it (the review emails were being sent out relative to order placed rather than order fullfillment date), but credens took on board the feedback and actually over delivered with a solution that actually added a lot more useful functionality. Some additional testing was required however as the added components did not work initially. This mean't that the app did not work for several months

This developer upgrades your subscription with no notice and gives you no option to opt out. I spent over 2 weeks in correspondence with the developer to change my plan back to the pro plan, which I had not exceeded any requirements for. The developer delayed and claimed I had exceeded an order limit, of which I am nowhere near! I was almost forced to pay an excessive amount of money for a plan I don’t need. Additionally, the testimonials glitch constantly. Mine were meant to display as a carousel and at times would display vertically on the screen, one after the other, forcing customers to scroll for ages. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I needed a way to display reviews on my website and this app did the trick. Since my jewelry is mostly one of a kind, I wanted to be able to just collect reviews all in one place on a reviews page instead of just on the products themselves (since these mostly get archived once they're sold) and this app gave me that capability! I like how it automatically emails buyers after purchase to prompt for a review as well. Most importantly, Afreedi & team are the best and have been SO incredibly helpful and responsive with some small display issues I ran into with my theme. They addressed my issues pretty much immediately and even helped troubleshoot a new theme I was testing out that I hadn't even published yet. Thanks guys! <3

I am very pleased with this app. It is affordable and works as described for collecting testimonials and reviews. It is easy to use and anytime something has not worked as expected I have had awesome customer service that has resolved my issues. There are two reasons why I like this app. The first one is that it is easy to use and operates as intended. The second reason is the excellent customer service. You will receive a response to your inquiry in a timely manner and issues are resolved immediately. There are wide selection of apps to choose from on Shopify and no matter the cost the best apps are the ones with superior customer service. Give this app a try, it deserves more than 5 stars.

Fantastic review app, the standout is the excellent customer service support this app provides. I had issues with clients receiving my review emails and received exceptional customer service from Afreedi a member of the customer service. What was even more satisfying was the fact that he was able to talk though the issue with me to help me clearly understand the issue.

We've been using this app since December 2017. It has changed much since then, but the main functionality only improved. The lazy loading script helps our website remain lightweight and doesn't impact the loading time much. Our customers love inspecting our review section, there are a lot of photos with interesting designs and setups. The only inconvenience with the plugin comes when you want to view big original photos uploaded by customers. The app uses only 480x480 thumbnail size images. We do a workaround by reuploading customers' images to our 'files' section of Shopify and assigning their URL in each of the reviews manually. Would be nice if this was done automatically.

I installed the app on december 2020 with the cheapest payed version. It needed some time to set up and make everthing working, but the support team is quite reactive, when you ask something they get it done usually within the next business day. Thanks Afreedi!

I liked the provided templates and the simple, customizable form that allows posting a review without asking the customers to do too much :) The support is excellent, great response times and service! I used this app to organise my testimonial section on my website. It formatted beautifully with lots of options to customise reviews, and was super easy to use. When I noticed a little issue I reached out to the customer support via chat, and although they took a little while to get back to me, they fixed the issue and re-integrated all of my reviews for me. I have only very recently Installed this app, but already love it . I struggled to instal it after changing themes, but the support was both swift and complete. I haven’t got enough data to analyze as it is still early days for me. I have yet to add all the testimonials from other areas and platforms. Will feedback when I have more experience of the app.

This is a great app for photo reviews! It's affordable and works great. My conversion rate has went up nearly 3% since using this app and having reviews on my website. The back end is easy to use and integrates nicely with my store. If you do have trouble, The EMV team will help you in a timely manner. They are really great to work with if you have an issue. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but they are and they are happy to help. Kemi and her team are amazing!

Two years down the line and I'm still very happy with this app. It works perfectly. I get reports from buyers saying reading the reviews has given them confidence to buy from my site. I recently had a weird issue but the tech support was at hand and although it took a couple of days they resolved it and kept in touch. Below is my original review : I'm really happy with this app. I needed a straight forward review page app rather than a product review app as all my products are unique. I spent hours searching and trying out various different apps none of which suited. It is very easy to set up with different templates and customisations. If you have similar requirements look no further just get this!!!

This app is great, user friendly, and its free plan includes up to 10 testimonials. The other apps I saw included only 3-5 testimonials.
