Customer service was fantastic. Only problem that I run into with this app is that I was unable to implement this tool myself through my preferred products pages ... not the most user friendly and essentially makes you depend upon customer service to do the work for you. Still works well and the results I have are pretty good. So all in all, 4 stars. We’re happy that the app has been working well for your store overall. Just kicked off our store this week. Having to use 3 apps to get our rather simple needs to work. Yet, it seems to work well. Had a couple issues with set-up that app folks agreed they are aware of and are fixing. Not big deals and easy work-arounds. Customer service has been darn good. So 4 stars for now. And hopefully 5 soon.
Giving it 5 stars even before I use it because the customer service has been so good (once I figured out they're in India and it was better to contact them at night (which is easy for me)). There were issues with integrating with our Shopify Theme. But they patiently took care of it. Our site goes live in a couple weeks. This is when Iook forward to testing it and giving the another 5 stars for how it actually works.
