Super easy install process and very responsive support team! Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Revize is already reducing our CX tickets so can't imagine how useful it will become during peak season when customers can resolve their own issues.
Customliy's customer service is the best I've ever worked with, especially Brian from the team, the careful guidance and tireless time and time again to record videos to teach me, they are worth it, I highly recommend customliy!
