Hi team,I’m writing to you because we recently had to uninstall your app, and I really wanted to share why. We used and loved your app for 4 years, so we’re truly sad to leave.Unfortunately, it recently started glitching. Review requests weren't sending for months—meaning we lost a lot of customer reviews—and we also noticed bugs with how reviews were displaying. When we reached out, we only got a bot reply, which was quite frustrating.Since the app is now uninstalled, we can't open a support ticket through Shopify anymore, but we noticed we are still being charged for the monthly subscription. Hi there, and thank you for four years of trusting us. You should never have had review requests silently fail for months, and you should never have hit a wall when you reached out for help. Our in-app assistant is meant to hand off to a live agent and it clearly didn't do its job for you. That's on us, not on you. Regarding billing: I can see an open discussion with Tania and we have processed your refund and stopped the subscription. If anything is still showing on your invoice, reply to that email and we'll sort it same day. We just wanted to say sorry properly, and thank you for telling us plainly what went wrong.
