Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent?? Sorry to hear you had trouble getting support. We definitely want merchants to be able to reach us quickly when issues come up. We weren’t able to locate a conversation associated with this, but our team is available through the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, as well as by email at support@stamped.io. If you reach out there, we’d be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This app is gold. More people need to see this.
