You really can't ask for better service or an app that works as it should. Very happy with Judge.Me. Constant updates, reliable, and (almost) everything you can ask for, all at a price that can't be touched by others.
Wow, this app is great! Using it as a helpdesk and live chat. The team says they have plenty more on the roadmap!
So many good things about this company. 1. SMS in ecom just works (in general), it's a no-brainer. 2. They have super customizable campaigns & segments available. 3. The customer service is seriously Second-to-none. You won't regret it!
An excellent app with an amazing support staff. They even added some custom stuff for me that I required (within a day of contacting support!)

Absolutely killer app! The app works exactly as I thought it would. Also, customer support is phenomenal... I spoke to Jake the day I downloaded the app, originally my Theme (Turbo) was not listed as a supported theme, less than 24 hours later, he had already added my theme to the supported list. I am truly a happy subscriber.
This App is a great way to find out where customers are finding you, or really any info that you'd like to know about your customer! Plus, I had a question, emailed customer support on a Sunday & Steve got back to me with an answer to my question less than 20 minutes later (on a Sunday!!) Great App, Great Support & it's Free! Five Stars!!
