Honestly, the reviews that I get in my store are on me. That's why customer service is the most important ingredient when interacting with customers. This app is easy to use, and instructions are thorough. Judge.me has the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced, Hand.to.God!! I'm talking minutes for a resolution.
I haven't used the app yet because I am still building my store. However, the customer service I received from Ashwitha has been incredible! I'm not tech savvy so the help was really appreciated.
