ACUITY Instruments Wholesale

The app has always worked well for us (going on 5 or 6 years now, I believe). However, recently I found that this team is even better than I thought (always a nice surprise)! We wanted to switch to the new user accounts in Shopify, but it was creating some undersirable results related to user logins. The team was able to customize the login experience to suit our application, and they did it very quickly too. Now we are using the new user accounts on Shopify AND the Lock Manager is working even better than it was in the past. We are using this app on two websites that our company operates. Both use the Pipeline theme. Integration was so easy. We installed the app, selected our theme from a drop-down, selected an option that dictated which products the app should affect, then did a little work reorganizing some images, and voila, we have beautiful functionality on our site that only shows images for the variants selected. I am already recommending this to some of our wholesalers for use when selling our products, and if your theme is supported by the app (so many are), you can expect the app to work as the developer suggests and delivery excellent results. I've worked with many, many, poorly designed shopify apps over the years, and it's such a pleasant thing when an app works as intended. :)

This developer's apps have been amazing and were mission-critical to the successful implementation of our wholesale site. Additionally, I would say they go above and beyond in terms of helping with bugs and implementation snags. We are so used to theme and app developers not providing any assistance, and we've even had some really bad experiences with Shopify-specific coding/design firms. Our experience with this team was the exact opposite; they were not only quick to reply but quick to take action and to resolve our implementation snag. Awesome team, 5 stars, would recommend to a friend. :)

This app has been instrumental in syncing data between our wholesale and retail stores. The team is very consistent about responding in about one business day and has always been very generous with their time and support. Syncio is definitely one of our preferred App publishers for our 2 Shopify stores.
