I dowloaded the app to help protect my store and had questions about how to get started. I used the chat feature, asked a lot of questions and got answers and how-to and suggestions for all of questions. Most of the setup is straight forward, but I appreciate that customer support was responsive and provided guidance for anything I asked and needed help with. So far this app performs great, as advertised.

I’ve been using this app for a few months and the customer service is helpful and responsive. Every time I have needed help with code integration the support team responds quickly and always follows up to see if I need anything else. I love how this app helps my website look professional and consistent across my product pages.
