I have used this app for many years across many stores. I absolutely loved it until the recent changes. First the flow of the app changed and not for the better, but you guys changed it back which was a HUGE help. Now I am getting a ridiculous error. I try to import about 50-100 products a week, and usually all in one sitting. Now I get the error "Unusual Activity Detected We've detected unusually high activity from your account. To protect our service, product imports have been temporarily paused. Please try again in 1 hour." and I have to make time other times of the week that I don't have to do this. Really aggravating.

I used this app in 2024 but didn't keep using it. I want to start using it again, but it's only available via the Gold plan, requiring an upfront payment of $20. Initially, I want to test the $5 plan, but I haven't been able to install it that way.

Our mission is helping families protect their health and wellbeing, and as we’ve expanded beyond water into curated product recommendations, the Amazon Affiliate program felt like an easy “yes.” Spreadr is what made it real — we installed the app and launched our affiliate section that same day. Right away, Spreadr surprised us in the best way: it was simple, clean, and it just worked. The biggest win was support. Our theme didn’t let the “View on Amazon” button automatically match our site styling, and Ankit from Spreadr Tech Support came through and got it looking perfectly on-brand. So far, so amazing. Customer service is instant and thorough. I've tried Emiloh Amazon Importer and another app that both supported multiple variants, but their customer service was stupidly terrible and it turns out that was a deal breaker. I don't mind that this app only supports single variants, as long as the customer service remains great, then I'm happy.

La aplicación hace que importar productos de Amazon sea sencillo y rápido: solo copio el enlace y en segundos tengo el producto en mi tienda con fotos, precio y descripción. Most traffic today is Mobile, this app doesn't provide deep linking meaning most of your traffic won't convert as their links will open in browser not the amazon app.

Spreadr uses standard Amazon product URLs with your affiliate tag, and we rely on the mobile operating system to open these links in the Amazon app if the following conditions are met: - The Amazon app is installed on the user’s device - The user hasn’t disabled deep linking - The Amazon app for that region supports deep linking (most do) However, Amazon does not provide a guaranteed or official method to force app-opening behavior across all devices and regions — this is a limitation that affects all affiliate tools, not just ours. It’s also important to note that we’ve never claimed or advertised deep linking support in our app listing or documentation. So while we understand your frustration, giving a 1-star rating for a feature that was never promised is a bit disappointing — especially when many of our users rely on Spreadr for its core features that continue to work reliably. That said, your input is valuable, and we’re always looking to improve. This app is great and the support is amazing. We had an integration issue and all they needed was my email address and it was fixed. Incredible. The app could not be easier to use and it imports the products to your page for you! Seriously could not be easier. We are excited to be able to help our customers find the best products out there!

This is an unfair review by folks from the Aurobeno Official Online Store Our team emailed them explaining the situation and that the charges are legit. There are no duplicate or overlapping charges have been applied. Each charge was either in line with a new billing cycle or adjusted via pro-ration based on Shopify’s system. Yet we have not received a response. We have been given a negative review for no fault of ours. Best App Ever. Flawless. Lightening Speed Support. Never Seen an app developer get back and provide support. Highly recommended if you want to import products from Amazon to your Shopify store. Wish there was a feature to incorporate Amazon Reviews or at least the rating and number of reviews as well as the Product page details. It would help to improve customer trust.

i am using Spreadr now on two shopify webshops Great add-on to shopify which saves me a lot of time importing new products. The support is excellent. I never saw such fast help.

First week using the Spreadr app and I could not be happier, importing my amazon affiliate links is pretty straightforward. They set up the 'view on Amazon" button for me, which was a little beyond my skill set :-) 2-17-25 Update: The app works great and I love using the Chrome Extension to quickly add products from Amazon to my store. Also, their support team was very responsive after I updated my shopify store theme and broke the Srpeadr button, they fixed it for me quickly.

What a great app! The customer service is the absolute best. The responses are quick (usually within 12hrs or less), and the support team is super helpful with anything that I have ever needed help with. I absolutely would recommend this app without hesitation.

My Amazon associate program didn’t work well but this app runs smooth. Customer support does excellent job! They respond my email very quickly and helpful. I’m not a computer expert but it’s not hard to do the first integration (I was following a video on Youtube). I couldn’t manage to use View on Amazon button, so I only had Add to cart button on my website, but was expecting to use both. I’ll try again when I rejoin the program. After using it for 6 months, I recommend this app because the integration is easy, only input the Amazon product link and the product will be shown in my website completed with some of the descriptions but not all. So I think this needs to be improved. Hope you can pull all of the information on the Amazon page, especially the long details (all additional photos and descriptions) which are crucial to tempt the customers to buy. So that it’s not necessary anymore to add View on Amazon button and we can keep the customers staying on our website longer. I sometimes notice a different price on few products, usually higher than Amazon price but with the special price, so the end price is actually similar and it works psychologically like a promotion. I have no idea if this is a default setting from Spreadr or what. I think there should be a clear setting about this because this could be either a benefit or a downside, based on you put the View on Amazon button or not. If not, buyer will see this as it’s a promo, so it’s great. But if yes and they see no promo on Amazon, buyer may think that we play with the price which can cause us losing trust from both potential and existing buyers. I really hope that Spreadr already improve this when I rejoin the program and use their service again. Overall review: satisfied. Thanks for your service!

I would definitely recommend this app, especially when you run into trouble, their techs are the best! It is so easy to use, and if you like to change store themes like I do, they will help with integrations and and any question or concerns.

Very quick response from support team. Solved my problem very quickly!! I just wish they would accept the short URL, as the Amazon mobile app doesn't give the long URL. Adds an extra step of opening the item in a web browser to get the long URL.
