We love Star Ship It! Anthony was so helpful with our onboarding. We had 2 online meetings with him as well as numerous support tickets and he was always so quick to help. Every time I have had an inquiry after onboarding the whole support team has been very quick to respond and are always so helpful. The app has saved us so much money and time in postage as well.

Super easy to use and has great reporting capabilities. Easy to change settings yourself and there support team are also quick to respond.

This app is SO helpful! It allows us to be in full control of putting our sold out products on pre order. It has so many handy features aswell. Plus the customer service is so prompt and responsive! We get a reply within 24 hours everytime (not that we need support very often as the program just works) Would recommend to anyone wanting to put hot sellers on Pre Order between shipments.
