EDIT 07 Oct 2024: Updating my review below from 2 stars to 5 stars based on response from App Support received today (in 'quotes' below)... really appreciate the effort and accept your response as more than satisfactory. I will look to reinstall the App soon, and will take you up on the offer of support for customisation then. [Quote] I would like to clarify that since the billing is under Shopify's control and we do not have a way to check if the app is enabled or disabled in a store, the app's charges will continue as long as the app is installed in the store. This is the nature of apps in the Shopify app store, and unfortunately, it is out of our control. We completely understand your concern that you have not been using our app, and we are willing to process the refund. We are also more than willing to customize the app widgets for you to suit your needs, as we regularly do for our other customers when they reach out to us via live chat, Zoom call, or email. The contact details are readily available on the app's help page and in the Shopify app store, as shown in the screenshots below. [Endquote] Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.

Works like a charm... gets 5 stars from me... it's not as customisable as other paid apps, but this works perfectly for running competitions and the likes... you can create inline or pop-up forms that you can place on any page and apply a custom tag automatically for anyone that completes the form. Some folks are saying in the reviews it doesn't collect or store the data, but that's not true - I've tested it and the names are entered into my customer list and I receive an email each time someone completes the form. This is a good option if you are hoping to collect a lot of sign-ups since many of the paid apps cap you out at a certain number of active customers... Shopify does not.

App is very user-friendly and allows for a great deal of customisation. The free plan is full-featured and gives you plenty of time to evaluate the app for your business... you would only need to upgrade once your audience grows beyond about 200-500 names. But by far the best thing with this app is the Customer Support - they are 100% responsive, available around the clock and know their app and marketing strategy inside and out. They have not yet failed to answer any of my questions, no matter how technical or difficult the questions were, and were always very detailed and courteous with their responses. Very creditworthy team and application, you won't go wrong installing this app.

Perfect, was searching for a render issue in my code for ages and couldn't find it... managed to find it and change it to my liking within a few minutes with this. Will use this often going forward! Takes a few minutes to search through all code files, but that's far better than the hour I spent looking for it before downloading this app! Thankyou so much SPAZE for this wonderful review.
