I've been using this app for a long time (years), with a variety of different themes. It is one of the best apps in the Shopify App Store, and it consistently gets better. The admin tools for setting up and applying product options are clean, straightforward, and easy to learn and use. Implementation on the product pages is fast and flawless. Lots of design options and tools to make it match your theme seamlessly. The development team at Globo Options is dedicated to improving and supporting their app. The support and development teams have been there for me time and time again, always getting me where I need to be. They're patient and committed to a good customer experience. Love this app and highly recommend it. Thank you, Globo Options!

Using the Pro plan... Not what I expected at all. I read the reviews and it seemed like this would be the perfect app for what I wanted to do: automatically generate one blog post per day by choosing an active product from our Shopify store. The app admin is rudimentary at best. I used the "additional info for AI" box in the Automation form to tell the AI specifically what I wanted: a blog post with a title of "Store Spotlight" and the date of the post, use the 2nd product image as the Featured Image on the post, and use the product description to write the blog content. What I got was a post about a featured product called "SmartHome Hub 2026." We're a woodworking company; we don't sell electronics or tech or anything close to a "SmartHome Hub." The featured image is not from one of our products, and is totally irrelevant to our business, just like the post itself. The post content has zero embedded images. The AI added links to the mystery product, too, which have a broken placeholder URL. Furthermore, it wrote a "Customer Testimonials and Success Stories" section about this phantom product, which included 3 testimonials from customers that have allegedly purchased the product. Not a real product, not real customers, not real testimonials. I'm giving this app zero additional time. I'm not interested in talking with support. Shopify's built-in AI works just fine for writing blog content. Since the automated blog writer portion fails incredibly, I see no point for this app to exist. Hello, I want to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had with the app. We went ahead and issued a credit for your subscription charge. Also I think there may have been some confusion about the automated posting features within the app. Currently the automated posting cannot access your shop's products, only the advanced generator can do that (accessible from the blog posts page). Including custom instructions related to accessing your shop's products and images can confuse the automated AI as it doesn't have access to that content. This can certainly cause it to create subpar or irrelevant content. I do apologize that we did not communicate the capabilities of the automated posting well enough and we are going to make some modifications to make sure that is much more clear in the future. I wish I had found this app a long time ago! I've only just started exploring the possibilities of this app, but already it's doing exactly what I wanted it to, and it looks gorgeous. I'm very happy to finally have control over my store's menu, and I'm looking forward to exploring all the options. Support, as always, is outstanding. I needed some help getting the app installed and working the way I wanted to. Arian was very patient and SUPER helpful. I'm also a qikify Form Builder customer and support has always been great for that app. When I needed a mega menu and saw that qikify had developed one I went straight for it. I'm glad I did; I am not disappointed! I highly recommend this and qikify's other Shopify apps. Thank you, Arian! Thank you, qikify!

This app is super rich with features and customizations. It's easy for me to use, and more importantly it's easy for my customers to use. Customer Support from Judge.Me is stellar. Every time I talk to support it's an excellent experience. Thank you Judge.Me for a great app!

Most of the items in our store are crafted on demand when a customer places an order and go through several crafting and finishing steps before being sent to packaging and shipping. I wanted a way to let our customers know where their order is in our production queue with several custom statuses. I wanted a way to notify my customers via email quickly and easily when their order moves from one status to another. I also wanted the custom status to be shown to the customer in some places where it normally is not shown. Custom Order Status by W3 gives me everything I want, and more. And for the couple of small layout/design wishes that weren't met out of the box, W3 support was able to take care of for me very quickly, ultimately giving me exactly what I wanted. Everything is super customizable, so now I have some work to do to make everything look great. Which is actually kind of fun because the admin tools for this app are great and easy to use. Integration with MailChip was flawless. I know my customers are going to love this! Thank you, W3!

Great addition to my online store! Worked perfectly, very customizable, and super responsive customer support for additional tweaking. Highly recommend this app if you want to show stock levels on your products.
